we had a great experience at the hotel. The value for money was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was ideal, with quiet rooms in the main building and a peaceful backyard. What really made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests and make us feel at home.
Breakfast offerings could have been more varied.

My recent stay at the Haunstetter Hof in Augsburg was a comfortable and convenient stopover. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a quiet and peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the corner room which came with a tea kettle and cups, allowing me to have a cozy tea time in the comfort of my own space. The hotel also offered the option to order food from the restaurant to enjoy in the room, which was a great convenience during these times when seated dining was not available. The staff, from check-in to the restaurant, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill our special requirements.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. the location was great, very close to the exhibition area and easy to get to. I liked that they offered free water upon arrival and they provided a free baby bed which was very helpful.
The communication with the staff was not the best. We had some trouble with the key box and the person we spoke to did not speak much English, which made things difficult.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was incredibly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, especially the manager, who made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofing was excellent, as I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the restaurant/bar downstairs, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and commercial services.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail, top-notch service, and prime location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The guest rooms at Hotel Haunstetter Hof Augsburg are attractively designed and provide a homey feel for all your private and business celebrations. As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my time in one of the romantic double rooms, perfect for couples or a cozy getaway.
Personally, I found that the small kitchenette in some rooms was not very practical. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in having the option to prepare simple meals.

The spacious and clean rooms were a major advantage, especially the corner rooms that come equipped with a tea kettle. The rain shower was also heavenly. The hotel's location near a tram stop and with ample parking added to the convenience.
The breakfast experience was not up to par as most of the food had run out by the time we arrived. The staff could also have used more help as the woman in the dining room was doing her best to cook, replenish and clear tables all at once.

The room was spacious and clean, with modern furnishings. I also appreciated the fact that the noise isolation was excellent, as I didn't hear any outside noise or disturbances. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking available.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. there was an issue with a leaking sink in the bathroom that was not resolved despite notifying the staff.
